Biography

Tyler Evans and his team assist clients with all real estate and business matters, including commercial and residential conveyancing, mortgages and financing, land development and commercial leasing.

Tyler has extensive experience working with individual, business and corporate clients throughout the Fraser Valley. He regularly advises his clients on matters related to real estate and property sales/purchases, leases and land development and prepares incorporations, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, disclosure statements and commercial leases.

Tyler grew up all over Canada including Yellowknife, NWT, Bay Roberts, NL and Caronport, SK. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Juris Doctor in 2017. He articled and spent the first three years of his practice at Linley Welwood LLP before joining Kane Shannon Weiler LLP in January 2022 in its Abbotsford office.

Throughout the years, Tyler has volunteered as a warden for his local church, as a board member with the Canadian Home Builders Association – Fraser Valley and as a volunteer lawyer with Access Pro Bono.

Outside of law, Tyler and his wife have 4 young and energetic kids who love to camp, hike, fish, golf, play video games, dance, practice taekwondo, sing and take part in all kinds of other activities that keep the whole family pretty busy. When Tyler finds a moment for himself, he likes to play golf and hockey and enjoys home-roasting his own coffee.
