About
Biography
Darlene has a wide range of solicitor skills. Her general practice is mostly in corporate commercial areas. Her business clients range from start-up companies to large established businesses in the community, including franchisors and franchisees is a variety of industries. Her individual clients are just as diverse, coming from many different perspectives and communities.
Darlene has provided numerous lectures and presentations on lending, wills, estate planning, and planning for retirement. She taught Business Law at Simon Fraser University until 2010 and has been a guest lecturer for the Law Society for a number of years.
Darlene has volunteered all her adult life in a variety of ways from coaching soccer to teaching adults to read and much more in between. Darlene continues to play soccer, flag football and referee minor hockey and is always looking for tips to improve her golf game.
I love my job and what I love the most is meeting clients and learning all about what they do and how their businesses operate. My gift is listening and wanting to understand what they do well enough so that I can effectively guide them through whatever brought them to me. I genuinely care about the success of their business and families and they know this about me.
