The pandemic has caused both novel and challenging employment law shifts. As Covid-19 continues to be present, the federal and provincial governments are considering various vaccination mandates and encouraging all employers to implement workplace vaccination strategies in consultation with their labour law advisors. Employers must monitor new legal developments in order to effectively manage their workplace obligations.
